✓ Standard excess applies in case of an accident

✓ Excess waiver available at additional cost

Fuel Policy

✓ Vehicle provided with a full tank of fuel

✓ Return vehicle with a full tank

✓ If returned without full tank, refuelling fee applies

✓ Unleaded petrol only for all our vehicles

✓ Fuel stations are widely available along all major routes

Deposit & Payment

✓ Refundable security deposit required

✓ Payment methods: Cash, EFT, or Card

✓ Full payment required upon vehicle collection

✓ Deposit refunded within 3–5 business days after return

✓ Long-term rentals may qualify for discounted rates

Cancellation Policy

✓ Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup

✓ 50% charge if cancelled within 24–48 hours

✓ No refund for cancellations within 24 hours

✓ No-show will result in full rental charge

✓ Early returns are not subject to refunds

Delivery & Return

✓ Free delivery within Midrand area

✓ Delivery outside Midrand available at a fee

✓ Airport delivery & collection available (OR Tambo & Lanseria)

✓ Vehicle must be returned in same condition

✓ Late returns subject to additional daily charges
